Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time with no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be eligible for one (1) complimentary reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
If the appointment is not rescheduled within 7 days, 100% of the service cost will be charged. No exceptions.
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
A 20-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals may be subject to service modification or rescheduling to ensure all appointments remain on schedule.
Appointments delayed beyond 20 minutes will be treated as a late cancellation, in accordance with the cancellation policy
